Horrible experience!!! I was seen last night and I am still waiting for them to send my prescription over to the pharmacy and I have been on hold for 30 min now trying to get some answers about why my prescription is not being sent!!!
Cannot at this time provide a review of medical services; however I can evaluate the telephone system and prompts at the Wesley Chapel location. I had received a call from a representative stating that I would have a pre-surgery COVID test scheduled via MyChart @ Wesley Chapel. Now, 10 days later, having seen nothing in MyChart, I called the Wesley Chapel number @ 4:45 PM on 12/29 and selected prompt 6 on the 1st call, then 3 on the 2nd, and then 2 on the 3rd. The wait time was short. The staff was very friendly. I felt that the doctors knew what to do I had a lot of ear wax in my ears and they knew what to do in order to get me hearing much better. Job well done. Thanks very much.
The check-in process was terrible. The front desk person seemed to be new but great customer service, there were two other women who were there as well. One of them, heavy-set with dreadlocks was directing everyone else. Her tone and attitude with the representative who was checking patients in was short and deeming, in front is customers. I was seen fairly quickly on the day before Christmas Eve at 8:30 a.m. The staff that was at the check-in was efficient. The medical staff members were nice, profesional, helpful and encouraging. After my treatment I was told I would be given a referral to an orthopedist to check on the fracture and possibly treat with insertion of a pin. I was there for a pre employment drug scree. And I had to pee so bad I felt sick, it took well over an hour to get me. Close to two hours. My god the wait was awful
Went inside and told by young lady to wash my hands, empty my pockets and lift up my pants legs. My wallet and valuables were left on top of a small refrigerator. When I was told to go to another room, I questioned the safety of my valuables. She said she was only one that goes in there. When I returned there 2 other staff members in the room.
Worse experience ever.
We required a COVID-19 PCR test to be taken no more than 7 days prior to arrival. We still do not have our results. If they are not received tomorrow (and we've already moved our flight), we cannot go at all as the window would have closed. It would be 8 days from the time of testing until results were provided - that's like an entire quarantine period.
