The apron to taken care of me doesn’t care and really unprofessional. I went las Sunday I still waiting for her to give a preauthorization for my prescription be released. Even I went personal couples time to be sure she do her job as suppose to follow the patient. I still suffer for my condition and still waiting to resolve the issue. Bad staff as a medical urgent care. Never again

Went into TGH Fast Track clinic on Gandy for suspected UTI. Doctor advised initial “dip stick” test of urine was negative, but the sample would be sent to lab for further testing. Subsequently, received phone call from office with no message but a return phone number. Returned call on several occasions (was disconnected on one call, 87 minute wait time on another). I made an appointment for a Covid-19 test and was seen on schedule
Not good...paid $65.00 and took a Urine test, not sure why? All of this for the Dr. to say you need to see a Stomach Doctor. I thought it was terrible. A Urine test for what? I feel it was of no value to go there, and waited 45 mins to an hour, G-- knows what will be sent to the insurance? Thank you anyway, I am sure help others.
Have to wait almost 2 hours My appointment was at 2 30 pm and have to wait until 4 00 pm to be seen by the nurse.
I was experiencing GI symptoms with a low-grade fever. After negative covid and flu tests, the nurse practitioner explained that I most likely had viral gastroenteritis.
Horrible experience!!! I was seen last night and I am still waiting for them to send my prescription over to the pharmacy and I have been on hold for 30 min now trying to get some answers about why my prescription is not being sent!!!
Cannot at this time provide a review of medical services; however I can evaluate the telephone system and prompts at the Wesley Chapel location. I had received a call from a representative stating that I would have a pre-surgery COVID test scheduled via MyChart @ Wesley Chapel. Now, 10 days later, having seen nothing in MyChart, I called the Wesley Chapel number @ 4:45 PM on 12/29 and selected prompt 6 on the 1st call, then 3 on the 2nd, and then 2 on the 3rd.
