Worse experience! Made an appointment for tests and waited over 2 hours. Way too long to have to wait. Triage nurse very disrespectful. When I questioned the physician she was short and rude
I left a review earlier about my visit after spine surgery. My lab were held past 12:30 on Friday, too late for my neurosurgeon 2 hours away and I can’t get into PCP at USF as he didn’t get the message until 4:30. I left out one thin that bothered me. The exam room had no table paper. I worked in a doctors office 30 years. It’s like where do I sit? There was no cleaning of that table before I went in. I’ve never written a review for anything but this place deserves one. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. The entire staff was extremely rude from the second I walked in the door. Both the medical tech and nurse were beyond rude to me. The tech wouldn’t let me explain my case and then him and the NP Had an unprofessional conversation about me right outside my door. They have rapid Covid tests but refused to give me one and said it was up to the provider whether or not they would use that resource on me. ... read more
4:45 appointment not seen until 6:45 unacceptable service was good once i saw the doctor though.

Had appointments for Covid testing, my grandsons appointment was for 4:45, mine was for 5 pm, we got there 4:40, finally saw dr at almost 7 pm
Had an appt and waited for 2 hours for rapid Covid test. It was 90 degrees In the waiting room. No hand sanitizer in wall dispenser. After the test I was sent home and said I would get a call in 20 mins. Waited 2 more hours by the phone. Tried to call 10 times no answer. Drove back there to pick up my results being terribly sick. Tested positive

My appointment was at 3:30 for a simple covid test. I waited over 2 hours and wasn’t called until after 5:30. I didn’t get out of the office until almost 6pm.
