When I visited the urgent care I told the dr that I hadn’t slept in 4 days and that it was going to take more than two weeks to get in to see my primary care physician. He suggested that I try CBD to help me sleep. Now here we are a week later and I’m still struggling to fall asleep. The visit was not worth the expense and I still have to wait over another week to see my main dr.

The staff at the Tyrone (St Pete) location is super nice. My issue has to do with competence and transparency. The problem is that it's difficult to reach a human being by phone, and information on the website is non-existent. Therefore, you are forced to drive to a location to get meaningful information. Also, once Quest Diagnostics failed to pick up some samples and the only way I found out was by pestering them until they finally acknowledged this. In the meantime, we lost valuable time. I can’t begin to say how appalled I am at the handling of lab culture report and getting it to Dr. I’ve had infection for 6 days wo meds!

I came to your location on 1/27/21 for covid testing and advised of my asthmatic condition. Covid test came back negative and was advised it was a false negative. I advised of my uncontrollable cough from my asthma and asked for medication for relief based on my previous flare ups during this time of the year every year even before Covid existed. The signage/directions in the parking lot were non existent. I didn’t know I would need a covid test. I got a phone message that I couldn’t understand so I called and left a message...no one called me back . Being an above average bear, I was able to figure out that the test was needed.
