I needed to have a Covid test completed prior to surgery and was scheduled for this location. I now realize the staff member who completed my test did it incorrectly, she only swabbed one nostril, which resulted in a false positive! I also never received a call from the staff to tell me the results. I paid out of pocket to go to another provider and get the test done, this time a swab in both nostrils and that came back negative! The receptionist that checked me in was extremely rude, not just to me, but multiple people that checked in. Most people come to urgent care because they are in pain. The last thing I want to have when I was in extreme pain (broke my foot and couldn't walk) is to be greeted by a rude person when checking in. I couldnt walk at all, friend checked me in, she kept rudely telling my friend that i had check myself in, but i couldnt walk. i broke my foot and needed assistance. PA and staff was great- Having to pay a copay and I’m sure I’ll get billed just to be told to go to the ER was a waste of money.
Needed a “negative” rapid test to go back to work, since I was sick over the weekend. Woman tried to guilt me into not taking the COVID rapid test because “it’s not as accurate.” She kept insisting that I could actually have COVID and might leave the office with a false positive and start infecting people. Little did she know I was already diagnosed with bronchitis and just needed a negative test to return to work. If you don’t want to give the rapid test, then don’t offer it.
They refused to test me for COVID-19 even though I had symptoms. Had to go somewhere else to get tested. I tested positive. Scheduled an appointment for our child to be tested and they refused to test them too. NP said they would just “assume” he was positive since Dad tested positive. The front desk staff and triage nurses were all great. What made my visit unpleasant was Dr. Carrie Stoneking providing a lecture where patient education was needed. Instead of providing helpful information and informing me of treatment plans she went on a personal spiel that would have been fitting for a family member or child of hers. Very unprofessional.
The doctor i had C. Stoneking acted like she didn't want to be. She ordered xray for me and after 25 minutes waiting and no one coming in, I had to search for someone. Was told girl didn't know how to work machine. Told me I had to go to other urgent care office. With traffic took me 30 minutes to get there. Then they had no idea why I was there. Another 30 minute wait. Total shit show. I will not use your facility if that doctor is there again. Love other doctors I have had there.
Great professional staff but im a diabetic nd did not eat for 24 hrs.i needed food nd was told that there was no food.you need to help when people have this.just because your sugar is up you still need food in your stomach .the cocktail they give u will keep your sugar up so something like a sandwiche
When someone comes in with a swollen throat complaining that they aren't breathing well maybe masks are not the first priority. Please review common sense medical techniques rather than following dangerous political "mandates" at the detriment of patients health. Hypocrites and his oath to do no harm should still apply.
