Charging $135 for a signature is robbery and shameful
The people was great very informative and very cordial.
The facility was dirty.As you entered, the glass doors were smudgy and the handle on the door felt sticky. I sat in the waiting room for quite sometime. People came and went. Seats were never sanitized. When I got in the room, the old paper was still on the examining table and crumpled. So, they put me on a chair. The floors did not look clean. The bathroom didn't either. I wish this urgent care office could be my PCP. Honestly, I've tried 3 different PCPs since moving to FL 3 yrs ago and have been underwhelmed by all 3 to put it mildly. I feel as though we have 3 &1/2 mins to present my condition & meds - always interrupted - and unable to discuss anything before being dispensed with post haste. No time for questions. Clearly only in it for the money
Had an appointment waited an 1 1/2
I came in for Drug Screening and other patients were placed ahead of me even if they had arrived after me. Normally I wouldn't make much of a fuss but I had a deadline to submit my sample by, and I had informed the staff of this and they seemed very disinterested in my predicament. I ended up submitting my sample with less than an hour remaining until my deadline. The less than caring staff nearly cost me a job.
I had a painful bladder infection, which I’ve had before many times. It was urgent that I start to get antibiotics in my system so it didn’t get worse. It was Friday afternoon and my regular doctor’s office was closed so I went to “urgent” care.
