The waiting area had few people and I was seen within 15 minutes after filling out the necessary paperwork. I've been here before and the staff has always been professional, efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, and answered all of questions/concerns.
Had a 4:45 P. M. appointment for Covid-19 test. Came 4:15 P. M. given paper work which I filled out paper work by 4:30 P. M. Was not seen until by nurse until 5:00. Did not see doctor until 5:30 P. M. and left 5:45 P. M.
quick check in but RN tried sending me to the ER and did not further examine me and it was a stomach bug. She provided no relief and charged me $95.00 for nothing.
Appointment for 3:30. Seen at 4:50. Lectured by Dr on lack of need for test (I was exposed to COVID). Then lectured on quarantine (which I had done.) Dr was also incorrect as to CDC quarantine guidelines. Nor reduced to 7-19 days if tested
Caring immediate service with follow up.
I had a Covid test Sunday morning and took less than 5 minutes. And best of all it was the test was negative.
If I could rate this place with a -1 I would. The nurse practitioner, Dorothy was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She was rude to me and my 17 year old daughter. She spoke so rudely I told her to forget the appointment and refund us immediately!!! You are in patient care and if you can’t have BASIC manners maybe you should find another profession.
I was told on the phone 📱 to fill out the paperwork before and you should be out within 15 minutes. 1.75 hours later they finally called me in. Again I took them for the 5th time that all I needed was the Covid-19 test. When I came in there was 3 woman talking on there cell phone's. Extremely unhappy with the office visit. I have been experiencing Covid symptoms for the past 4 to 5 days. Did some research as my husband and I we’re leaving for a trip in a few days. Found that TGH in Riverview offered the fast test and I called to confirm. The girl I spoke with on the phone also confirmed that my fastrack appointment had gone thru and I was all set for 3:30 PM on 1/15/2021.
