quick check in but RN tried sending me to the ER and did not further examine me and it was a stomach bug. She provided no relief and charged me $95.00 for nothing.
Appointment for 3:30. Seen at 4:50. Lectured by Dr on lack of need for test (I was exposed to COVID). Then lectured on quarantine (which I had done.) Dr was also incorrect as to CDC quarantine guidelines. Nor reduced to 7-19 days if tested

I had a Covid test Sunday morning and took less than 5 minutes. And best of all it was the test was negative.
If I could rate this place with a -1 I would. The nurse practitioner, Dorothy was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She was rude to me and my 17 year old daughter. She spoke so rudely I told her to forget the appointment and refund us immediately!!! You are in patient care and if you can’t have BASIC manners maybe you should find another profession.
I was told on the phone 📱 to fill out the paperwork before and you should be out within 15 minutes. 1.75 hours later they finally called me in. Again I took them for the 5th time that all I needed was the Covid-19 test. When I came in there was 3 woman talking on there cell phone's. When I they took me back the only person who was professional was the Physician Assistant and she apologized for the long wait! Then I had problems with the patient portal. Extremely unhappy with the office visit. I have been experiencing Covid symptoms for the past 4 to 5 days. Did some research as my husband and I we’re leaving for a trip in a few days. Found that TGH in Riverview offered the fast test and I called to confirm. The girl I spoke with on the phone also confirmed that my fastrack appointment had gone thru and I was all set for 3:30 PM on 1/15/2021. Web page https://www.fasttrackurgentcare.com/rapid-covid-19-testing-tampa/ states one can just show up at three Tampa locations for a rapid test. When I showed up right now at South Tampa they told me it was by appointment only, with no appointments sooner than 48 hours.
Everyone is great except your receptionist Lesley. Very rude, and short when I asked questions it was like she didn't want to be bothered.
