I came in for Drug Screening and other patients were placed ahead of me even if they had arrived after me. Normally I wouldn't make much of a fuss but I had a deadline to submit my sample by, and I had informed the staff of this and they seemed very disinterested in my predicament. I ended up submitting my sample with less than an hour remaining until my deadline. The less than caring staff nearly cost me a job.
I had a painful bladder infection, which I’ve had before many times. It was urgent that I start to get antibiotics in my system so it didn’t get worse. It was Friday afternoon and my regular doctor’s office was closed so I went to “urgent” care. The wait time was ridiculously long. They did not have enough staff to service the amount of people
Waiting over two hours for a health assessment to start working. Even had an appointment. Feels like my time isn't valuable. I had to hire a sitter and I'm still sitting here in the waiting room. Wouldn't come here voluntarily.
Had a send out covid test done, lab Corp never received and no one can tell me what happened to it.
Kind of unprofessional medical setting no real privacy people all seem to be new to the profession they tell you they won't charge your card that day to sucker you in then charge you card even if you tell them you have insurance .It seems more for profit than for customers which is very unpleasant for a health care setting
I got a Covid test there on Sunday. Was negative. Didn’t feel right. Got another test on Tuesday was positive. The girls working were lovely. I actually waited longer here then at Ray Jay.
Everyone was very polite and I was handled within a few minutes after arriving
I went there for a minor issue and had a work up done. I was told to notify them if the symptoms didn’t resolve. I gave it 8-9 days to see if the symptoms would resolve and they didn’t. When I sent a message that I needed an antibiotic for the symptoms I was told I would have to return for another visit which meant paying twice.
