I waited over hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time. My appointment was @11am; I have arrived at 10:45 to complete all necessary paper. However, I wasn't seen till nearly 12:45. I almost walked out. The only reason I came in was for covid testing. Very disappointed. Not sure I would come here if I head real emergency or illness.

Very rude male nurse who took covid test. I’ve had him before and he is very very rude nasty and shouldn’t been working with people.
I entered a review statement last week about my son’s situation with a severe sinus infection and the doctor not wanting to prescribe any meds. I received a BS response from them about antibiotics not being needed. If you read through the comments there are more cases of others with the same issue and they don’t prescribe any meds. How can a person who can’t breathe properly or sleep or go to school / work wait 7 - 10 days before they get meds to treat a sinus infection? Long wait, and it was not crowded or busy.
I had an appointment and it took 30 minutes past that time to get to the room then 40 additional minutes to see a doctor. Once I saw the doctor, I was given a script that I couldn’t fill anywhere. Myself and the pharmacy called to try and get a hold of the doctor and it took hours to hear back. I will never go back to this office. Huge disappointment.
I could only guess at my problem. Wed i worked in my yard late afternoon. Just as i was ready to quit my forehead and top right side of my head felt very cold. Yes, odd but i kept going, gathered my tools and stuff and went inside. Took a shower and noticed my forehead looked blotchy red and swollen. Nothing hurt. Fri and Saturday it was about the same. The doctors the nurses and the staff were very pleasant and they were very nice to me but I have a problem with is that I brought a list of my medications now my l3 my l4 and l5 in my back has bulging disc that sits on my sciatic nerve and I take pain medicine I gave him a list at my primary doctor as a tgh doctor wanted your doctors who prescribes my medicine they denied my pain medicine I was in pain 5 hours after I was there and I was asking for my pain medicine and my neurontin and my Norco that was in the system in thei... read more
