“Fast Track Urgent Care” is an ironic name because they are neither “Fast”, nor Urgent” and seem not to “Care”. I was visiting from California, scratched my eye retina and did have an appointment. As a walk-in, It took them over one hour to treat me because I did not have and appointment. What is the point of having and urgent care clinic when you have to make an appointment to get treated quickly?
Efficient and pleasant
Diagnosis was correct....experienced stroke. However, no wheel chair or other assistance provided. I fell right at the front door suffered more injury as well as took my husband down with me we both had to go to emergency room for treatment. When urgent care called for ambulance they said I had fall did not mention stroke. When EM came no ambulance they thought I needed transportation, asked if I wanted UBER. I could have died. They were not professional they didn't help me. Waste of my time and money.
Got a dermatologist to call to set up an appointment. Unfortunately it is for over a month from now
Excellent experience with all doctor, tech, nurse, front desk. As said before I don't like the idea that I had to give my debit card information to be stored in the computer. Don't understand why it can't be inputted in on a temporary basis.
I had a 4 o’clock appointment, and was not seen until after 6:30. If I had shown up for my 4 o’clock appointment at 6:30, I’m sure I would not have been seen. It is unacceptable to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen for any appointment.
I've been to the Gandy location several times and each time have felt that my concerns/questions were answered professionally. The staff has always been friendly.
Everyone was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable. The doctor who saw me was simply amazing. The nurse and tech for x-ray also completely understanding of my situation. The following up calls regarding my visit were prompt. My only concern was to have to give my debit card information. Don't like that it's in the computer secured or not.
