Staff were very efficient and quickly worked up the issue.
Crowded with people, seriously under staffed, and only one doctor. Over three hour wait. People all over the room saying I will never come back here
No care was provided due to “liability” for an easy case.
It was so disorganized that I waited 2 hours after a scheduled appointment to get a simple nasal swab for Covid testing. Then, to get tested, I had to see three different people. Skip the hassle and go to CVS.

I had a COVID-19 test and the medical technician who administered the test was great. I’ve had 6 tests and this was the only one that didn’t hurt.
This place was not well equipped. The did not have sterile cups for a urine analysis and I had do give my sample in a Dixie cup with no lid and then it had to be sent out because they couldn’t test for a UTI there. They were quick and the staff was nice, but they did not seem to have what they needed to run efficiently. I would not return here if I had to be seen again when my PCP is closed.
This place was ridiculous two and a half hour wait staff was rude I would never come here again.
Contacted your practice about a rapid CoVid test in order to run to NY. Got there and had to fill lot a ton of paperwork. Hen had wow wait and wait for my turn in a virtually empty office. Finally called in and had to go through triage then wait for Dr. who listened to my lungs and heart then ordered test. Swabs finally taken and was told to go wait in car for 15 minutes and they would call me back in.
