Staff was good but due to extremely poor management and organization the waiting time was extremely long. They need better management to help organized and divide the staff in a more efficient way. A drug analizys test should not take 2.5 hours for a procedure that took 10 minutes. Again very poor organizational management is the problem, NOT covid or current situation!
I hobbled into Urgent Care in obvious pain, and advised the receptionist that I had fallen and injured my foot. I barely made it to a chair to complete the paperwork, then I had to hobble back across the room and wait for her to take my paperwork. She requested my debit card, which shocked me as I have insurance, and I live below poverty level! I then hobbled back to my seat. When I have to go into Tampa General Hospital they send me to faster care covid unit. To get a covid test or any other tests I have to have at the hospital
Well it was to far to travel an GPS gave me the wrong address
Got charged $135 for a doctor to ask me my height, weight, take BP and to tell me to go to the emergency room. Got to er guess what they did? Took same measurements then proceeded to actually do something. Don't waste your time or money at this sham place. Nevermind the fact this place is 15 miles from my home and the hospital is only 3. Just save yourself the hassle and go to the hospital.
Waited nearly two hours to confirm my own diagnosis and get a prescription. Almost 30 minutes of paperwork. It should be a little more efficient.
Caring staff, short wait time, awesome that listens. Love this place!
Everyone was spectacular. My nurse Jenna was a great listener. Belinda was so kind, My x ray tech ,super ! the front desk. Kind, cordial. In times where you don’t know where to go or what to do. They will guide you along. Everyone was super.
I called early in the afternoon and was seen within a couple of hours of my call. Christine, Belinda, Sara and my Nurse Jenna were all wonderful, kind and attentive.
