The facility is dirty, Covid testing patients who are clearly sick are kept within less than 6 feet of other patients, and machines (pulse ox, blood pressure cuff) are not cleaned in between patients. I witnessed all of these things and brought them to the Nurse Practitioner's attention, and instead of addressing the issues, she proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong. my daughter was seen there and the provider said everything looked good and it was a virus even though she was in so much pain complaining about her ears, had a temp of 103.4 and was lethargic. The next day I brought her to the pediatrician who said her ears were bulging and they had no idea how this could have been missed! I was very disappointed, so I called and after expressing my concerns, the woman hung up on me. Then I sent an email and never heard back.
Took care of me right away. Forearm accident and badly taped by me, I went there and they pointless removed my Wrap. Antibiotic cream and Non adhesive wrapping. Followed up. Great job on both visits. Cooper
The staff was nice but limited knowledge of my pinky fracture and splinting it after ex rays were done to immobilize. I left with no pain meds for the night and my upcoming appointment with. Specialist is not for 6 days. I called to ask for pain meds, told I have to come by, I will have to pay another office visit for pain meds! Less than 24 hours after my initial visit 🤬
If I can break down the score it would be 5/5 for the front desk and 5/5 for the nurse. It would be 1/5 for Dr. stoneking. I came into the urgent care because my baby was having fevers of 102, cranky and not being her normal self. The doctor came in and was very rough with my baby. Two hours in the building when I SCHEDULED the covid test??? The Dr. Cannot make a decision on what test to proceed with? Why so long of a wait for a SIMPLE SCHEDULED covid test? Is anyone going to care about the Lunch I missed and the hour Of PTO I had to use up because of this incompetence?
Went in with double ear infection. Doctor only prescribed 2 nasal medications. Why no antibiotics?
It was a busy Sunday, I was feeling really bad & didn't feel up to a long wait in a crowded waiting room and asked if they would phone me when my turn came. The said yes, I left,, my turn came, they phoned, I came immediately, was examined & told to go to the hospital which I did. 2 days in the hospital saw me on the road to recovery.
The worst experience I have ever had. I went there to take a rapid Covid test. I had trouble breathing for the past week and a bad cough. The person administering my Covid test shoved it so far up my nose that my nose started bleeding and she was very rude. It was completely inhumane to be administering a test like that. I get Covid tested weekly for business purposes and I have never had such an awful experience.
