They say to be there by 8 am but there was no one to be found till 9 am and they putting 8 am on the paper. The woman is rough and rude . And the young girls slacking off more interested in there phones and chattering than the Patience

As I sit with my husband in the hospital I am traumatized by our visit here. First error, we arrived at 7:59 pm (They closed at 8:00) my husband was having shortness of breath and feeling very sick. The front desk receptionist was very rude and upset with us because we came so late. They gave him substandard care and made him feel like a piece of crap as they gave each other the annoyed look. daughter had high fever. was told a virus and to keep monitoring. 1 day later she had a 106 degree fever and a urinary tract infection. had to take her to her primary care doctor who diagnosed properly. this visit on 6/6 at Fast Track Urgent Care was a waste of time and money. will reconsider before visiting again.
Our clinic just lost time and money, the person who attended me couldn't tell me what I had and didn't even give me medicine for my pain, which was too much..
They did not try to problem solve my symptoms at all and sent me on my way. Felt like they were there to take my copay.
Urgent care facility with no Epi pen?? Why?
Beware! $400 charge for Covid Test! Wasn't informed of the fee when I signed in, then told everything was taken care of when I checked out. Now I receive a bill for $400??!!
Worst doctor I have ever seen. Waited an hour had an appointment to only see her for 2 minutes.
