When I am self pay and spend $207.00 I expect to see a doctor. Not an ARNP, who has to ask the doctor questions about my care. Also, you need an EKG machine to check my heart and an x-ray or sonogram to see my knee and vein in my leg. The TGH urgent care needs to be connected to TGH patient portal so I don't have to explain my health. That was a waste of my money and my time!!
The waiting for more than an hour is not Urgent care but the girls and the Dr where very helpful.If you have to wait for so long i wonder if it was better to go to the hospital 🏥
Had an appointment. Wasn't seen for 45 min. past the appointment time. Only wanted a fast track COVID test. Didn't need any other services. Wait time was ridiculous.
I had a wound that required six stitches but nobody there could sew it up. It was seven hours before I could get it done. I had to wait 4-1/2 hours at TGH Emergency. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergency. Also found out why it’s called a waiting room. I needed better than I got. Attendants were very nice to me, but I needed more.
As a nurse myself, and employed by TGH, I know it can be very difficult and trying dealing with the general public - especially in a fast-paced, “in and out” setting. However, the receptionist that was on staff during my visit was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Going to an urgent care I’m going to be seen for an ailment and am not feeling well, to be “greeted” in a demeaning and harsh manner does not aid in my healing or treatment. Front lady “Mrs Pagan”, was very rude … needs some improvement with “costumer service” …
Follow u with my PC said NO more Lasix and put me on a different diuretic
They say to be there by 8 am but there was no one to be found till 9 am and they putting 8 am on the paper. The woman is rough and rude . And the young girls slacking off more interested in there phones and chattering than the Patience
I was treated poorly at a near by facility and I am so happy I came here instead. The staff is awesome. Parker, Cassandra and Caitlin, thank you all for your amazing service today.
