I paid $150.00 for a covid test and they didn’t give it to me. What a waste of time and paper work and time spent. I went to another location and got it done in 15 minutes with negative results. What you can do for me to make this better is to give me back my innocent $150.00 Thank you.
Receptionist was rude, she had a bad attitude. Then, after I took my test for a job the girl who was with me in the back asked me to sit up front for 5 minutes while she waiting for some paperwork to print. After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist to check to see what was going on because I was going to be late for work, she didn’t even get up to see what was going on. I waited 40 minutes to be checked out from a simple drug test. Other than that the test itself was quick.
Your Techs need more training on how to perform a covid nadal test.
No waiting. Taking the test took approx. 10 minutes.
I needed to see my primary care doctor after a few days because the doctor did not prescribe any medications for my symptoms and I needed antibiotics. The doctor kept attributing my symptoms to asthma and I did not appreciate how he handled the overall appointment. I have had asthma my entire life and would not see an urgent care if it were just a flare up (I do have a routine for when that does rarely happens, and I see my primary care doctor every 3 months for follow up). I scheduled an appointment and it took some time to get to the receptionist, maybe 10-15 minutes standing. Then I had to wait over an hour to be seen by Megan. It may have had something to do with my symptoms but it would have been nice to know why both myself and another lady were kept waiting.
with the exception of the construction in trying to get there it was a good experience, but that in no way is their fault of course. I was just in a lot of pain and walking was extremely painful for me that day. HOWEVER, inside the facilit y, the folks couldnt have been nicer or more professional. VERY NICE PEOPLE!
Arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment, had paper work filled out, but still had to wait an hour to be called to a room. Then spent an hour waiting in the room. Didnt get to see a Dr. just a physicians assistant. I was very sick, turned out it was covid, and the only med he prescribed was for nausea. Ended up finding another Dr. the next day, who prescribed more helpful medication.
waited three hours to be seen, but there was only one physician there (not too fast for a place called fast track).....from the moment I was seen things got better
