I will never come to this place again and let it be know this urgent care is worthless. I injured my thumb very bad i literally had a piece of my fake nail smash into my thumb and the doctor only soaked it thats it. I literally had te remove the fake nail that was smash into my thumb by myselfI waited for the phone call about sending me to a hand doctor and nothing. Waste of time and money
The experience was not so good. Wait time was longer than anticipated, it took them an hour just to call my name. Worst thing is there was no paper liner in the bed where patient lay down. They told me it’s clean but saw bunch of hair there which must be from an earlier patient. Disliked the diagnosis plus no weight was taken, they just ask you and that’s it. I will not recommend this type of care to no one where hygiene is overlooked and nurses don’t knock the door before coming in.
Let me begin with I was an ortho nurse located in TGH main for a few years and went in because I rolled my ankle and was unsure if I sprained or fractured my ankle. I explained my symptoms to Alexis NP and asked if I could have a note since I had been out of work for two days. She told me why would you need a note you can go back into work. I was diagnosed quickly and had the added convenience of receiving my medication on site I have had multiple experiences with this particular TGH FastTrack and have never been let down!
Had a 2:15 PM appointment for a COVID test (PCR, not Rapid). Took almost 2 hrs to be seen, and it literally took 3 minutes to swab my nose. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait for two hours?
Long wait and no follow through from doctor on requests from pharmacy for a different medication.
The most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a clinic I would never go back to this place and would never recommend any one to this clinic absolutely horrible. Don't no how and why this so called doctor even has a license to practice.
