Np disregarded my primary care DOCTORS professional evaluation of situation causing me to lose work time and income.. I believe it was merely because I went to my Doctor over her assessment.. Not exactly sure where an NP has the gall to undermine the expertise and experience of my MD WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS ME AND MY HISTORY..
1st, I am a paramedic. I have a history of asthma. I showed up (20 min to close which is why I believe I got such shitty care cause they didn't want to stay) complaining of problems breathing. I was rushed in and out of there in a total of 12 minutes with a shot of steroid and a steroid pack. No breathing treatment because they didn't hear wheezing. I was sick for 24 hours post procedure from propofol. Throwing up, diarrhea and severe gas pain. Was released by anesthesia with very high BP diastolic of 195. Unable to get relief from oral zofran, OTC imodium, OTC simethicone and Extra strength Tylenol.
You guys were the highlight of my experience with TGH . My surgical time had me waiting from 6:30 AM till 5:30 PM for actually surgery . Every patient was complaining & the poor nurses had all they could do , it wasn’t their fault ! Poor Administrative Practices !!!! Had a covid test on a Sunday, didn’t hear anything for 3 days. Had to call several times with several wait times of 30 minutes to reach someone. Urgent care had an incorrect phone number on my profile even though I’ve been there a few times. Very frustrating.
Definitely an assembly line AND not a patient care office. Both TGH & Fast Track are NOT a Place anyone needs to go to for their healthcare!!! TGH: Five days now- STILL waiting for a call back from Directors (or someone above providers). Provider Took TWO days for Rx’s to Get to Pharmacy!!! Among many other issues! While the wait time was none, the treatment felt rushed. I don’t believe they were listening to my symptoms. After one week, nothing has changed. Still have the same issues that I went in with.
I paid $150.00 for a covid test and they didn’t give it to me. What a waste of time and paper work and time spent. I went to another location and got it done in 15 minutes with negative results. What you can do for me to make this better is to give me back my innocent $150.00 Thank you.
Receptionist was rude, she had a bad attitude. Then, after I took my test for a job the girl who was with me in the back asked me to sit up front for 5 minutes while she waiting for some paperwork to print. After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist to check to see what was going on because I was going to be late for work, she didn’t even get up to see what was going on. I waited 40 minutes to be checked out from a simple drug test. Other than that the test itself was quick.
