I was only getting a drug test for employment and waited over an hour. There should be a system set up for people coming in for only this. You shouldn’t have to wait like you were going to see the PA. Very disappointing.

Visit was great. Diagnosis and treatment plan were right on. Bad part was double billing my copay to my CC. Please issue a credit. P.S. This is my 30-day (28) notice to cancel Preauthorized Health Care Payment Agreement Plan as I do not want to participate.

Front desk staff very kind and professional Med tech fast efficient and very careful with my sprained ankle ARNP excellent and thorough. Great experience and timely.

I’m still sick. I had to visit my family Md. Due to never found the place where my meds were send. nd the poor Dx of the NP. Severe cold cause by too much social distancing, sanitizing that cause the inmune system to get weak. I think it was a waste of my hard working money.

I came to you for help and the Nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs didn't examine me she just said that I have a lot of of issues and gave me (2) prescriptions said that I had a tension headache and if it gets worse and it did to go to hospital. I will never come back there again. I will look into filing a complaint.
