3.5 hour wait time, covid test was done by standing in a parking lot. My results were not faxed or sent to my PCM until I called again 3 days later.
Very professional
I had to wait 2 and a half hours to get seen but the PA (Alexis Adams)that diagnosed me was really nice and helped me process what was happening to me. Upon receiving my results I had to call over 7 times to get the okay to come in and be prescribed for another medication. I was greeted by another doctor who seemed less than interested to be talking to me about my condition and made me feel like I was the person in the wrong for being in my current state.

Had an appointment for COVID-19 testing, And I had to wait an additional 1 hour and a half to be seen. If they gave me an appointment time why do I had to wait pass an hour from my original time to be seen? If they are overloaded with COVID test just use the appointment time wisely.
Waited for over 3 hrs to Be seen and also have questions in regards to whom is qualified to do what there. I received a X-ray and a injection by the same person is that even legal?
A 2 hr wait for someone who has an appointment is pretty ridiculous. I understand you have to take walk ins, but if the wait is just as long with or without an appointment, what's the point of making an appointment?
The front desk associate was very pushy and rude, rather than welcoming. I had never been here before and just walked in and said “Hi!” And she immediately responded “can you just wait a minute, and proceeded to ignore me for 25 minutes.
While the care is always top notch, this morning I was greeted by an extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist, Perhaps I was not the kindest, but I was not feeling well at all. Her body language was horrible. When she stated "this is your first time here" and I said no, I offered the advice that perhaps you entered my name wrong. My last name is unusual and often spelled incorrectly. She stated, with a huff, "I have your ID here". and then said, "this is too early for this".
