Rude workers, not helpful, Very short tempered, did not treat customers with respect, especially at front desk. No respect to elders or any desire to help others. Bad management. Had an appointment and didn’t get seen till 2 hours after the appointment was made. Don’t make appointments if you are short staffed. Learn to be nice and not waste people’s time and money.

I’m only giving a two star because the cleanliness was good. 1 star for the customer service and 1 star for my 2 hour wait just for a drug test. The front desk lady is rude off the bat so you can tell she hates her job since she takes it out on patients that come in. She was rude to me and I watched her be nasty to about 5 other people that came in for help. For something that’s supposed to be fast, this was the slowest experience in my life. I came in with a splitting migraine, and had to listen to phones ring off the hook the entire time. (Never heard anyone answer them, so don’t try calling). I sat for two hours before even getting in a room. The front desk was overwhelmed and frustrated, which made her impatient. I’ll never come back unless I have all day to wait. They were recommending appointments two days from when I was in. Awful
It was just a mess. The best individuals were the nurse practitioner and the clinical tech/medical assistant (blonde hair and slim) who assisted me when she wasn’t supposed too because I was standing in the hallway waiting to get my Covid test done. However the worst person I’ve had to dealt with was Melissa (I don’t know if she lied about her name when I asked) . Melissa is semi petite, very dry personality and long burgundy hair. I went there to get a rapid test, the test is was fine and everything thing but when I get done I need to wait for 15 mins for my results I been waiting for 2 hours outside I think the front desk they forgot me to call me back

I tried to call for two days. No one answered the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes at least. I went ahead and drove there. There were two workers sitting outside. I checked in and waited 20 minutes for a work screening. I was the only person there. When your waiting to take a drug test it’s uncomfortable!
