Everyone on staff was very friendly however the office is not efficient. I had made an appt ahead of time and arrived 10 mins prior to that appt time. I stood in line just to get checked in for 45 mins. From there I waited an addition 25 or so mins to be seen. My appt was scheduled for 11am and I wasn't brought into an exam room until 12:15. After describing my symptoms they referred me to the emergency room, I must immediately drive my car. Until then everything is fine, I understand they are busy, but what makes me furious is that they charged me $ 50.00 copay, and they didn't even put the Stethoscope on me. Inhuman and shameless attitude.
When I checked-in, I informed the three staff members at the front desk I was there for an employment screening and provided them with my I.D. card and my eScreen/ePassport stating what service I required. One staff member took the paper and my I.D. card and without looking at it stated "Oh, we don't do these any more." Totally organized and rapid wait time. The staff and Doctors were easy to talk to.
The attention of the people in the front desk is horribly bad.Don’t give any information about the long time of delay waiting and the attention with the people is really bad.
Only 4 people in front of me (all for covid testing) but still took 2.5 hours to be seen
Made an appointment ahead of time and still waited over an hour to see the doctor. Very friendly staff and clean establishment but wait time was ridiculous.
Happy to get Covid test but the wait in the waiting room was to long.
The day before I was scheduled to have my mediport installed AND while sitting with my oncologist I get a call from you instructing me that I needed to be off of my blood thinner 5 days prior to installing my port! Totally unacceptable! I’m still waiting to get my port and my chemo started.
