Came in with complaints of conjunctivitis the nurse practitioner listened to my lungs heart rate etc didn't find a concern other than conductivitis. Which is problematic because conjunctivitis is a symptom of covid which I had and didn't know. After I left your office I went to Walgreens and got tested and found out that I was fully involved with covid. You really should be suspicious of a 74-year-old man with pink eye.
I went there to get my sore throat and ear pain looked at. I was put in a room and told someone will see me. A few minutes later a nurse came in and asked me what I was there for. I told her and she took less than two minutes to look at my throat and ears and said she could not give me any medication at this time because I only had this for five days. DO NOT make a so called appt. It's only a reservation I was just told. I've seen walkins come and leave before I'm even seen. "Appt" was over 2 hours ago! No clue how to schedule or at least advise patients how it works before hand
We had made appointments to receive a Covid 19 test at 1:30 and 2 pm two days prior to the appointment time. I had had a similar test back in February and expected it to be similar. It was totally different. Rather than simply driving my car to the side of the building, we had to go inside and wait for almost 2 hours to finally get swabbed. I had an appointment and waited two hours after that before saw any medical practitioner.
Gave a one star only because I couldn't give a zero. I tested positive for Covid on Monday the 9th. I have an event this weekend where I wanted to make sure I keep my friends safe so I made a RESERVATION on Monday for another test for today the 13th. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment and was told there was a wait because they had lot's of walk-ins. Worst experience ever! Don’t try to contact this business by telephone because you’ll never get through! Was on hold for over two hours straight with no one answering the phone! And that was multiple times! Finally got a hold of someone in Billing who had no idea how to contact anybody. This is unacceptable!
Cov 19 test
Terrible service. Still waiting on a Dr to email me results. Dr called back and hung up on me after being a complete ahole. Hey bud, it's your job. If you don't like it, go get a job working on cars or animals as neither can talk back... doc called back after on hold with customer service for 3 HOURS TO GET RESULTS and then doc hung up on me.
