Terrible service. Still waiting on a Dr to email me results. Dr called back and hung up on me after being a complete ahole. Hey bud, it's your job. If you don't like it, go get a job working on cars or animals as neither can talk back... doc called back after on hold with customer service for 3 HOURS TO GET RESULTS and then doc hung up on me. Waste of a degree. Take your designation and shove it Mr. MD DICK

I went in because I was having Covid symptoms. The first time I went in, one of the front office staff was very rude and simply said we are not going to give you a covid test on Sunday. We only give them from 8 to 2. I work for the school system and receiving this result was key to return to work. I then went in on Monday at 9 and did not get seen until 1. Rude. Uncooperative for return to sports follow up.
I wait for 3 hours for see one doctor, and I received treatment with antibiotics 5 day later I need a second opinion and I need only treatment for bad allergies. I really liked TGH medical group, but this experience was not good, when I need treatment I prefer emergency room for TGH , they give one room, did blood test and many things before I received treatment. I am feeling they don’t put attention to my.

Hello, as a cof-19 patient waited 9 hours at the waiting room , no one came over to see if we needed some water or assistance, not good
Had a 1:30 appointment but was there for 3 hours before being seen. Appointments should not be scheduled unless they can be kept. Staff did not tell you had ahead a time that there was going to be a long delay. Nurse practitioner was very nice but did not offer any medications for my symptoms. Had to go to my PC for an antibiotic and Medro pack which could have been ordered at the urgent care visit so I had to incur another expense.
