Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband had Covid so he went here to get tested and they said there was nothing they could do, which ya we get. So they send him home and he starts to get better, but then out of no where he tanks and gets extremely worse so I called and asked to speak with a nurse to see if he needed to go to a hospital or if this was normal and I gave all his symptoms to someone at 6pm and they promised a dr would call me back. I was finished with my procedure at 1!I lay on y back for four more hours before they removed the purewic when the dr. Assistance student came he took it out. Still had to lay on my back for another 25 minutes while he press to make sure I was not bleeding. All this time I had nothing to eat. Had to wait until 6:30 to eat. I was not told by my dr I had to have a covid test, but one was scheduled. The lady administering the shots called me, told me I was scheduled, and I was able to get my shot
Staff was extremely rude and was making me feel like a piece of trash I will never ever come back to your facility……
The service is good once you are seen. The challenge is the 30 minute wait when you are the first appointment of the day. Nothing FastTrack about that.
Understaffed (doctors) 3 hour wait for covid test.
The staff was nice and moved quickly at first, but when I left to go fill my prescription because i was in pain and wanted it to stop, I found out they never called and filled it for me so I had to wait in pain. In order to find out this information, I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes with them to ask what happened and get it worked out.
I was forced to take the PCR test after asking for the rapid test and didn’t get back the results as told in 3 days.
Went in to get a Covid test. The staff treated me like I was trying to get a prescription and would not administer the test. Overall, the way they handled the visit was awful. By the end they told me that they would charge my insurance, I am not sure for what as NOTHING was done. I recommend you update the testing guidelines if this is the way to proceed, so people don’t have to wait that long for nothing and there is no need for billing
