The service is okey but I have one star because of a nurse that gave me such attitude, the manager on duty was Val szybowski she has to do something about it the nurse wasn’t helping at all her customer service is a 0/10 it’s not all about having the degree or the money to do this kind of job it’s all about the patient and she definitely wasn’t all about the ptient, the date i was at the urgent care center was July 31,21 8:30am, hopefully you can figure out who’s the nurse because they didn’t give me her name, i’ll never be ... read more
They don't tell you that you get billed by separate providers. Not only did I get a bill for the balance my insurance didn't cover but I got separate bills for radiology and labs. Why go here if it isn't all under 1 roof....
No one said that I had to drive to back before I get there, sign wasn't visible until you drive around. I had to walk around to go in lobby in the rain, then waited on the woman at desk, until she told me to go drive to back of building, I was using a cane too.
My brother went in after COVID testing 1- hour earlier that was documented as “Negative”. He was given another test that was completely unnecessary and charged fir it. He simply wanted to know if he had the flu, strep throat, or just a bad cold. Having no insurance, they ordered a boat load of tests and $500 later plus more billing to come he was told to take some benedryl and throat spray. Who needs an EKG and chest x-ray for a common cold? I would never go there unless you like throwing your money away.
I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for a fast track COVID test. My pcp told me to go to you for the test & he and I would have a telemed session & he would e script an order for a chest X-ray.
super busy for a covid test with an appointment. Waiting w my kids for about 3 hrs to be done in 3 mins .. so disappointed
The nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs did not state her name when entering the room. Spent maybe 2 min with me. She said she would come back to talk to me and did not the nurse did. When I said to the RN I just received an email that my son was in contact with someone that tested positive Covid. The ARNP came back and did not ask me about it but stated the cdc guidelines that my son was Covid positive I needed to quarantine for 14 days. Front desk needs serious customer service training. Very unprofessional!
Why is a reservation or a confirmed appointment NOT an appointment??? This is like a bait and switch. I was told that I could make an appointment on line and I did…then I waited 2 1/2 hrs…if I was informed correctly I would have gone first thing in the am. The Doctor was good and I got my results. The receptionist was NOT appropriate…snarky.
