Didn't make it to the desk even.People come here because they don't feel well.This black receptionist was to busy playing with papers and made me wait there as if I was invisible.I just wasn't important enough to even speak to.You have a funny way of serving the public.You get paid to look beautiful?No compassion lady in the wrong business.I will never go there again!Thoughtless heartless people! The PA was great, front desk was great, one clinicians was great. Had a horrible time with my test. The individual who gave me my PCR test initially was impatient with me and rude! Because I was having a hard time she threw away my test and I had to do it again with someone else there who was fantastic. I had an appointment for 11am. Made it two days ago. I arrived 10 minutes early and they informed me it was a 90 minute wait past my appointment time. That is atrocious. At a minimum have a system that alerts a patient who has an appointment that there are delays. What’s the point. I could have scheduled with several other clinics. My assumption is this is typical at this facility.
No follow up had to go twice and still got worse.
After 2.5 hours of waiting, I left unseen! This place is a joke, nothing urgent about this place. I would NOT recommend them if you need to be seen “urgently”!
I scheduled an appointment to be seen for a COVID test after receiving my first dose of the vaccine and feeling side effects for 5 days. I was denied service. I have insurance, verified they were in network. More than willing to pay it copay. When I arrived they wanted to charge me a pre-authorization fee of $250. I advised I only had a copay per my benefits. Long story short I was turned away because I couldn't just let $250 be held on a debit or credit card when I have insurance. I called on Sunday morning to ask if they had the ultrasound facilities available to check for DVT and was told yes. When I was seen, the physician said he could not do ultrasound since there were no technicians available and sent me to the ER. Needless to say I was not a happy camper!
The service is okey but I have one star because of a nurse that gave me such attitude, the manager on duty was Val szybowski she has to do something about it the nurse wasn’t helping at all her customer service is a 0/10 it’s not all about having the degree or the money to do this kind of job it’s all about the patient and she definitely wasn’t all about the ptient, the date i was at the urgent care center was July 31,21 8:30am, hopefully you can figure out who’s the nurse because they didn’t give me her name, i’ll never be ... read more
They don't tell you that you get billed by separate providers. Not only did I get a bill for the balance my insurance didn't cover but I got separate bills for radiology and labs. Why go here if it isn't all under 1 roof....
