The front desk associate was very pushy and rude, rather than welcoming. I had never been here before and just walked in and said “Hi!” And she immediately responded “can you just wait a minute, and proceeded to ignore me for 25 minutes.

While the care is always top notch, this morning I was greeted by an extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist, Perhaps I was not the kindest, but I was not feeling well at all. Her body language was horrible. When she stated "this is your first time here" and I said no, I offered the advice that perhaps you entered my name wrong. My last name is unusual and often spelled incorrectly. She stated, with a huff, "I have your ID here". and then said, "this is too early for this". Didn't make it to the desk even.People come here because they don't feel well.This black receptionist was to busy playing with papers and made me wait there as if I was invisible.I just wasn't important enough to even speak to.You have a funny way of serving the public.You get paid to look beautiful?No compassion lady in the wrong business.I will never go there again!Thoughtless heartless people! I hope if you ever need medical help you don't have to deal with someone like yourself.you are the worst!

The PA was great, front desk was great, one clinicians was great. Had a horrible time with my test. The individual who gave me my PCR test initially was impatient with me and rude! Because I was having a hard time she threw away my test and I had to do it again with someone else there who was fantastic. Now I’m afraid my test wasn’t submitted because the first one got thrown out so I have called twice today to make sure it was submitted since I have seen no results and I’ve currently been on hold 45 minutes - a human has not... read more

I had an appointment for 11am. Made it two days ago. I arrived 10 minutes early and they informed me it was a 90 minute wait past my appointment time. That is atrocious. At a minimum have a system that alerts a patient who has an appointment that there are delays. What’s the point. I could have scheduled with several other clinics. My assumption is this is typical at this facility.

No follow up had to go twice and still got worse.

After 2.5 hours of waiting, I left unseen! This place is a joke, nothing urgent about this place. I would NOT recommend them if you need to be seen “urgently”!

I scheduled an appointment to be seen for a COVID test after receiving my first dose of the vaccine and feeling side effects for 5 days. I was denied service. I have insurance, verified they were in network. More than willing to pay it copay. When I arrived they wanted to charge me a pre-authorization fee of $250. I advised I only had a copay per my benefits. Long story short I was turned away because I couldn't just let $250 be held on a debit or credit card when I have insurance. I called on Sunday morning to ask if they had the ultrasound facilities available to check for DVT and was told yes. When I was seen, the physician said he could not do ultrasound since there were no technicians available and sent me to the ER. Needless to say I was not a happy camper!
