I went in for a hand injury. The Dr numb my hand and cleaned it, then said I need to go to the ER.. on the way to the ER, my wife read over the paperwork. Your dr stated he did test on me and checked thing on me that he NEVER did. My wife is an ICU nurse. She thought it was very unprofessional to falsify documents. I got to the ER and talked with the hand DR. He did not understand why I was sent to the ER. He cleaned it again and sent me home. I will go elsewhere next time.
Admin actions were accomplished quickly, and I was in and out with 4 stitches within 1 hour.
Everyone in the office was great. They were quick and the wait was short. Definitely will go back if needed. I've had bad experiences at places similar before but would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
Nurses were rude. Dr dismissed my concerns. Ended up going to hospital the next day! Quick service and clean facility.
