Waited 4.5 hours to be seen. Was a walk-in for covid test. When I finally got to the first professional, he took my vitals and asked me if I had my two vaccine shots. I said I had. He then said I probably don't have the virus. I told him my spouse had her vaccines and she was a confirmed covid case. Then was led to another room where I waited another 20 minutes. The ladies up front have no business being in customer service. I had an issue twice with them. One on Tuesday, for my appointment, and one on Wednesday, for my daughters appointment. They were everything but pleasant. I understand that it’s a tough time to be in the medical practice right now, but if you cannot control your attitude at the front desk, you should find another career choice. Scheduled a 915 appointment online, for rapid test. Took 2 HOURS - wasn't called back until after an hour and 15 minute wait. At that point vitals were taken and we were put in a room but they still did not do the swab. After another 20 minutes of waiting, and me having to again ask what was going on, they finally came in and swabbed my daughter. Horrible experience. Had a 10:30 am COVID test scheduled for my daughter and waited in the car for 2 hours before we got the call to come in. Tonya at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. We had 2 different PA's who were awful. The PA who administered the Covid test was rough and had zero patience with my 7 yr old. The only pleasant person was the actual doctor. If you have the option to go somewhere else, DO IT!!
I never received a phone call as promised that my Covid test results were in.
Had an appointment through my school district. Was told the wait would be 2 and a had to 3 hours. Drive home. Called 1 hour later. Everyone who suspects they have Covid is held in the waiting room to fill out paperwork that was already done online. This one s a very flawed system.
Worst facility. Total joke in the name of urgent care. No consideration for appointments. I took an appointment for 1:15 pm for rapid covid test and I was told at 2:05pm that I have no hope of getting seen until another 2 hours. While I was there for 1 hour, I did not see one patient going inside while I saw 2 people coming out. Perfunctory exam at best and sent away after being told nothing wrong and all they could do was refer me to another doctor. Waste of time and money.
3 hour wait. But staff was great.
