Referring a type 1 diabetic for antibody infusions, means you DONT TAKE 2 DAYS to get the referral to the infusion site....being there is a 7 day window from day 1 of covid symptoms and you were seeing a patient on day 3 of them....ya then know you got 4 days to refer, have the clinic acknowledge and schedule , and have the infusions.....again ya took 2 of those 4 days just getting the frigging referral over ....then , it was too late for the clinic to schedule at all..... sooo any hope of early treatment to avoid hospitali... read more

In the height of the D strand of Covid when all testing was booked for two days in Tampa and Miami had waiting lines in the heat I walked into the TGH Clinic and the wait was about 2 hours announced which ended up being 4 hours although each time I walked in to check on the wait time I never recieved an attitude about it. I was treated totally professionally at all times.

Horrible patient service and COVID procedures. Was told to wait in car with no estimated wait time, came back in office after 1 hr no call, was told they tried calling me 2x, I had no missed calls but worst point is the desk staff were clearly more concerned about shifting blame to patient over helping patient. While there witnessed same poor treatment of other patients, treated like cattle. Would not recommend it return.

I was with my cousin, she can't speak and understand English that well so I was with her to translate for her and the doctor didn't allow me to speak and he kickede out of the office and he was very mean to me.i was so disappointed from his reaction and I really don't know how to act

I explaind to the Dr I saw on Friday at TGH urgent care I needed antibiotics she told me it was only a virus I explained I was prone to infections due to meds I take she did not prescribe me antibiotics yet on Monday when I went to see my PCP because I got worse during the weekend she found I had a really bad sinus infection and ear infection. This is the second time this happens to me at your practice. I Will never go to back TGH Urgent care again

Reservations were made and not honored I understand waiting maybe 30 minutes but my daughters appointment was at 3:15 and we left at 7pm that’s just ridiculous.

We were not seen for our 11:30 appointment until 1:00 pm. We were not advised of any wait time or that there was a delay for appointments. The lady at the front was very rude. We were paying up front and she made us wait another hour because she was trying to run the insurance. She did not apologize for making us wait for no reason. And then, when I went to go pay - I had my card ready and she just turns around grabs a box and walks to the back. Everyone on staff was very friendly however the office is not efficient. I had made an appt ahead of time and arrived 10 mins prior to that appt time. I stood in line just to get checked in for 45 mins. From there I waited an addition 25 or so mins to be seen. My appt was scheduled for 11am and I wasn't brought into an exam room until 12:15. After describing my symptoms they referred me to the emergency room, I must immediately drive my car. Until then everything is fine, I understand they are busy, but what makes me furious is that they charged me $ 50.00 copay, and they didn't even put the Stethoscope on me. Inhuman and shameless attitude.
