My wife took my son's into the office on Gandy Blvd and Joseph Burke PA saw them. He was rude, condescending and she left in tears! I was shocked at how upset she was and the way he treated her. I will never go back to this clinic or any other branches. I will also make sure to share my experience with Fast Track and Joseph Burke with everyone I can.
Was told after the fact that a reservation isn't an appointment and it really doesn't matter. Walkins are taken still. I waited 5.5 hours after my "reservation" to be seen. Horrible service and extremely misleading
Had a 130 appointment did not get called till 410 . 2 hours and 40 minutes I had to wait also the girl at the desk was rude not sure if I will come back.
Appointment was at 10:30 am, did not get in till after 12 pm. All I heard was excuses, love the line your next. After getting in I felt rushed and was told I would get my rapid testing results back in 15 minutes. Well after 2 hours I try to call but did not get anyone do I personally drove up to the Urgent Care after 2 something and the place was not busy and I ask if I could get my results. The wait for COVID Testing was over 2 hours. I went there early in the morning and didn't get back home till late in the afternoon.
After going there and got tested, I was never able to get my results. Also, Main TGH never called me for my Antibodies treatment. Total disappointment.
I don’t why but it’s so frustrating to be waited for two and half hour sitting in the car in much of HOT weather it’s urgent care everyone should be treated as soon as possible otherwise there is no point to having urgent care
Waited 4.5 hours to be seen. Was a walk-in for covid test. When I finally got to the first professional, he took my vitals and asked me if I had my two vaccine shots. I said I had. He then said I probably don't have the virus. I told him my spouse had her vaccines and she was a confirmed covid case. Then was led to another room where I waited another 20 minutes. The ladies up front have no business being in customer service. I had an issue twice with them. One on Tuesday, for my appointment, and one on Wednesday, for my daughters appointment. They were everything but pleasant. I understand that it’s a tough time to be in the medical practice right now, but if you cannot control your attitude at the front desk, you should find another career choice.
