First let me say.....the Drs., and nurses.....all....were awesome. Very impressed with each and everyone of them. Having said that.....allow me to continue with why I gave you a 2 star rating. In short.....your facility. Your care space....the rooms specifically....are not conducive to well care. Two things, which are primary to proper convalescence, are rest and nutrition. After diagnosing me with covid-19 and receiving instructions, the medicines that were supposed to be called in and the orders for the antibody infusion were never received by the drugstore or the infusion center. Had to contact my primary care doctor to have a telehealth conference to get the meds and orders.
Ended up developing Covid with Pneumonia 2 days after my visit . I was asking help from your office for a treatment of Remdesivir, but was talked out of it. Now I’m fighting to breath.
AVOID this urgent care! I was fully vaccinated in May but came in contact with someone who was COVID positive in July so I made an appointment to get a COVID test. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, completed all of the check in paperwork to get a COVID test (which included letting them know I was fully vaccinated). I waited over an hour while they saw patients who walked in after me. All they did was collect my insurance. Absolutely nothing was done!
I had a COVID test earlier today. Upon arrival and fully masked with an N-95, I approached the receptionist. She, along with the rest of the staff, as expected, was masked. I was handed forms and instructed to fill them out in the waiting area. Once completed, I was told to wait in my car, at my option, and they would call when they were ready to administer the test. Waited 5 hrs to be seen. Every hour and a half told another 30’. I understand inundated with covid but that’s been the case for 18 months. Poorly run and managed. No setting expectations up front, no proper waitlist, and nobody answers the phones. I actually thought care was good when finally received but administratively such a disaster I can’t recommend.
Arrive 20 minutes before scheduled appointment. Told I would have a 3 hour wait.
