Awful. It started with your front desk staff. Just short and rude. Then the nurse made us feel like we were not welcomed because we were NOT Vaccinated. Then she asked "why are you even here?" Then the PA comes in- not even a Doctor. She is short and rude, does not check my breathing, ask about any symptoms, just rushes me out the door. She did throw a flyer my way on a treatment offered, but would not answer any questions and said she would refer me on Monday and then within 24-48 hours after that someone MAY contact me. Covid test patients should be seen by different doctors so people who are there who are actually sick with something else can be seen in a more timely manner. One group for covid testers, one group for those with other illnesses. Not fair to make me wait almost four hours to be seen because of covid.

The wait was over 3 hours long and I arrived at 11:45am. No one answers the phone, ever. Regardless of how long you wait.

Terrible experience trying to get reimbursed from TGH Urgent care powered by Fast Track. I paid this company with a credit card at time of service because I didn't have my insurance card on me. Then I filed a claim with my insurance who promptly paid TGH again. That's protocol, so, ok. But it's been months now I've been calling to get my money back. First let me say.....the Drs., and nurses.....all....were awesome. Very impressed with each and everyone of them. Having said that.....allow me to continue with why I gave you a 2 star rating. In short.....your facility. Your care space....the rooms specifically....are not conducive to well care. Two things, which are primary to proper convalescence, are rest and nutrition. In both these categories, I found TGH sorely lacking. Not one single night did I get more than 4 hrs of sleep....and that came in 30 minute increment... read more

After diagnosing me with covid-19 and receiving instructions, the medicines that were supposed to be called in and the orders for the antibody infusion were never received by the drugstore or the infusion center. Had to contact my primary care doctor to have a telehealth conference to get the meds and orders.
