Had a PRC Covid test done on Sunday, August 22nd. As of today, 5 days later no results.

Waited 5 & 1/2 hours in my car to see the doctor and get a rapid results Covid test. The doctor spent all of 3-5 minutes with me. Ordered antibiotics for sinus infection. I’ve taken all the medication and I’m sicker than when I went in. I tried making an appointment for the Covid test but couldn’t get one for several weeks out. Not a soul was in line.

I am disappointed the way I was treated at this facility. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was told they do walk ins. I waited 3 hours in my car before I was told to come in. They put me in a room to be seen by the doctor. I waited 45 minutes. Finally somebody showed up. She told me she is the physician assistant. Which is fine with me. I told her I was in the hospital for a procedure. I was discharged without any issues. After the hospital stay, I developed some problems that have the symptoms of a virus. Fast response after waiting longer than necessary due missed calls to me from the staff. Maybe had the wrong number?

The provider was excellent!!! However, the front desk needs a lot to be desired for. No bedside manners whatsoever! Not pleasant at all. I also had to wait an hour outside of the waiting area in the heat of the day though the space inside was huge for patient and caregiver.
