The receptionist(black short hair and heavy set) was incredibly disrespectful and rude to a patient who asked a few questions. I had actually left Bc of how she was talking to a patient, but had to come back Bc no other urgent care was open. This lady yelled at her in front of the whole waiting room. Was rude to me when I asked if I could use the restroom. The PA. Ashley, was very rude and could not be bothered with my questions and dismissive of me.
Diagnosed w sinusitis, but due to Covid positive test, provider sent me away with no treatment at all. Very miserable & disgusted
Staff was well-trained, helpful and caring.
I had an appendix infection and it was ruptured and the doctor you had told me maybe it’s appendix but you don’t have fever so the main purpose is cyst on ovary
I felt my issues were not resolved and My symptoms were dismissed by the doctor. She was very nice but I did not trust her diagnosis and felt she could have offered additional tests and procedures to rule out other conditions.
I walked in she said it would be a hour wait, I put down my name and contact # and went shopping until she called me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Front desk person not friendly or helpful. Gave all my paperwork to her at check in. Waited 2 hours only for dr to tell me o needed to go to Er instead. There was no reason I could not have been told this up front when I filled out the paperwork w my info reason I was there and ha e my prior Er visit info to front desk. She was cold never smiled and no compassion. Barely even looked up. Not the way a healthcare provider should respond.
The treatment at this facility was the worst i’ve ever experienced. I was looked at and then sent away to get a COVID test and they charged me $135. No diagnosis. The doctor even lied to me to my face. I didn’t even have $135 to spend. I went to the clinic looking for help not to be sent away. Now me and my family are without food until I can return back to work. I hope your clinic needed $135 because I know I did.
I made an appointment for a Covid test and waited an hour and a half AFTER my appointment time to be seen.
