As sick as I felt you all did a great job.Your staff is great and carding.
Had an appointment and still had to wait 1 1/2 hrs just to get a COVID test.
ABSOULTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY. EXTERMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THREE HOUR WAIT AND NEGATIVE ATTITUDE AS WELL AS FILTHY OFFICE. I was physically assaulted, relcieved elderly abuse and injury from the PA as well as held against my will all because I declined to sign a piece of paper on my way out!! I have yet to have a return call in regards to this matter and will never use TGH for any reason and suggest seniors stay away from this establishment! I would like a upper management person to contact me SOON. But they have not

HAD COUGH AND FEVER, TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID. REFERED FOR INFUSION
Normally I have a positive experience at this location but today’s visit was horrible. The provider was not only arrogant but very nonchalant. He did not provide any real answers or solutions. He didn’t even provide his name when he entered the exam room. An overall negative experience. If I ever go back to this location and the provider I saw today is present, I’ll just leave. No need to experience him twice!
I would give zero stars if possible. I just called to see if this urgent care provided antibody testing to which the lady responded yes. I asked about pricing, which I think is a pretty valid question to ask concerning this service, she responded condescendingly "no I do not handle billing", and when I asked if I could be connected with someone who could she said "no" and hung up on me. WTF. Asshole that hates their own life is all I have to say.
7 days prior to walking in the game changed. We now needed an appointment, the told us to sit 2 hours, finally got our PCR test for travelling, results followed 48 hours later, all worked out just fine
