Inexperienced tech for Covid test
Waited for an hour just to be told that the couldn’t test me for covid….
Never heard back from the provider on the results of my x-rays, and the provider never called in the prescription she talk to me about.
I had an appointment to get a Covid test at 11:30am. I kept checking in at the desk because I was not getting called. Finally at 2:00pm I was called back. This was absolutely ridiculous!!! I was trying to quarantine from my grandkids and as not able to because we were late picking them up from school. I made an appointment for that reason and my time was not valued. They were very rude and didn't care that I had an appointment.

My husband went In this morning with covid symptoms. I am a nurse who actively treats covid patients and didn’t want him to tie up the ER so I told him to go to this “urgent care”. I told him what to ask for because we had already took an at home rapid test which was positive. I told him to ask for steroids, a chest X-ray and something to manage the cough. I’ve been waiting over a week for a doctor to contact me with my lab results.
This urgent Care office has always been great. After having three covid tests all come back negative, my doctor sent me to the urgent Care in order to see if I had bronchitis or flu. I was tested for the flu, told I had an upper respiratory infection after listening to my lungs and then quickly sent away. I wasn't given any medicine and was told instead that I should only take Tylenol if my fever went above 101.5. This is day 6, my fever is still high, and I'm still feeling all the symptoms I was.
