Took 3 hours to get back with only one doctor that was very ignorant and rude!
Waited 3 1/2 hours to see a physician and was told by the front desk that it was 2 more patients in front of me it ended up being 6 more patients. Then the physician told me there was nothing she could do for me, I went to my PCP the next day found out I had a ear infection and was put on antibiotics. Can't wait to see the bill for that useless visit.
Inexperienced tech for Covid test
Waited for an hour just to be told that the couldn’t test me for covid….
Never heard back from the provider on the results of my x-rays, and the provider never called in the prescription she talk to me about.
I had an appointment to get a Covid test at 11:30am. I kept checking in at the desk because I was not getting called. Finally at 2:00pm I was called back. This was absolutely ridiculous!!! I was trying to quarantine from my grandkids and as not able to because we were late picking them up from school. I made an appointment for that reason and my time was not valued. They were very rude and didn't care that I had an appointment.

My husband went In this morning with covid symptoms. I am a nurse who actively treats covid patients and didn’t want him to tie up the ER so I told him to go to this “urgent care”. I told him what to ask for because we had already took an at home rapid test which was positive. I told him to ask for steroids, a chest X-ray and something to manage the cough.
