Me and my wife had a scheduled appointment to get tested for covid. When we arrived we explained she had tested positive a week earlier and I had no symptoms. What’s the sense in having an appointment if you have to wait 2.5 hours for it? My appointment was at 4:15, I didn’t get called in until almost 6:30. If you’re running behind notify the patients with a text. Is that too much to ask? Additionally the receptionist at the front is extremely rude and not nice to anyone. The heavier set lady she was rude to me and the lady who walked in behind me for no reason.
I took him in because his ears were hurting him and his throat was hurting and the person he saw said his throat wasn’t red and his ears look fine. Next day I took him to an ENT specialist only to find out his throat was red and then he had a severe sinus infection.
I made an appointment for 5:30pm for a COVID screening - I was 10 minutes early, but after 30 minutes, I checked back at the front desk and they said I was next - I checked 3 more times and waited 95 minutes for an appointment. Then when I finally went back, the nurse, God bless her, was tired (understandable) but argues when I asked for the rapid test. I was in and out in about 40 minutes for a muscle strain!
I went for an ear cleaning but the irrigation was done too hard and I ended with more pain than when I got there. At some point I felt a sharp pain inside my ear and the technician stopped the procedure. Very little of the wax was removed even though the Dr. said my ear looked fine. My clothes were wet and I left the clinic with a lot of discomfort in my ear. Totally smashed my finger with weights at the gym. Boned fractured in many places and almost cut the finger off. Erika did an amazing job stitching it back together and was very thoughtful and professional. A real pro. The hand Dr. was impressed with the procedures performed. It was not a easy job! TY!!!
My 2 year old woke up with a fever crying that her ear hurt. We went straight to fast track urgent care and waited for no more than 10 minutes before being seen by the doctor. Best urgent care experience ever.
