My experience at TGH was very disappointing. I was told I had a UTI and they took a urine sample to test for source and sensitivity. After not hearing back after finishing my first round of antibiotics I called for my results. I was told they were “backed up” because of COVID and I would get a call back. A week later after not hearing I called again and was told I would get a call back. On my third phone calls they told me my sample was lost. I have no complaints about the visit, however I am extremely irritated about their phone system and inability to talk with someone. I tried to returned a missed call to find out my test results and was on hold for over 30 minutes twice. I also tried to call the day of my visit with the same results. That is totally unacceptable!
Y’all did fine. I drove up. One young man got my info. Another man came and gave me the test. Then I drove off. Easy peasy. Got notified the next day that I was negative for Covid.
The doctor failed to send one of my scripts to the pharmacy so I had to go the next day back to urgent care to get a paper script so that I could get my medication.
I haven't gotten of my lab reports back yet. No call or nothing. Everything else was A ok. I would like a call please to confirm my labs.
I came in due to I was unable to control my asthma, chest pain, leg swelling, severe migraines, & congestion. Yet I was sent home without any meds, no asthma treatment, no pain meds, no antibiotics, but I was given a shot of prednisone yet they knew I was on ibuprofen. Very slow process I got my test done Tuesday and still haven’t received it
Me and my wife had a scheduled appointment to get tested for covid. When we arrived we explained she had tested positive a week earlier and I had no symptoms. Regardless of the people working there’s thoughts on if we should get tested or not we wanted to make sure that we weren’t still positive because we have children at home an elderly parents who help watch them. What’s the sense in having an appointment if you have to wait 2.5 hours for it? My appointment was at 4:15, I didn’t get called in until almost 6:30. If you’re running behind notify the patients with a text. Is that too much to ask? Additionally the receptionist at the front is extremely rude and not nice to anyone. The heavier set lady she was rude to me and the lady who walked in behind me for no reason.
