I was not happy with the communication. My wife & I were going on a 2 week trip to Europe and in addition to our Coronavirus vaccine we needed a “negative PCR test within 72 hrs from departure. We called and were told that “oh yes, we can have results in 1-2 days”, so we made an appointment for 3 days before we were to leave. Upon arriving and filling out paperwork & waiting a half hour, when we finally got in we were told the text results would take 3-5 days. Very unprofessional, didn’t take patients in the order they came in. Even with an 11am appointment they took a person with an 11:30 appointment before me. The doctor/PA that saw me had a filthy mask on and seemed either disinterested or just overwhelmed
Was told by my Primary Doctor Nurse to go here for Covid Test. When I arrived was told the Covid Tests need an appointment, but because they had available time, I was able to stay and have it done and it wasn’t long before I was called back for the test 😊

Nurse practitioner was more interested in telling me how I should feel them asking me what I was feeling so she could potentially treat me. Wasted my time and my insurances money going there.
The provider didn’t do anything. The next day I woke up with the same symptoms and had to go to the ER. At the ER they gave me a steroid injection which the swelling went down within 4 hours. They figured out the problem which was that I was having an allergic reaction to my high blood pressure medicine. It was a waste of time going to this urgent care.
Real professionals doing a great job during a pandemic has impressed me. Thanks
