I got right in and they were going to schedule appt with. Orthopedic Doctor but I left the next day so I am following with my Dr.
I made an appointment for 2:00 PM and I wasn’t seen by a practitioner until after 4:00 PM. Why bother with an appointment ?
I had an appointment for 5 pm ...I wasn't seen till after 6pm. What is the point of an appointment if I am not going to be seen on time
The EKG machine wasn’t working properly, they couldn’t do blood work which I asked about and they didn’t provide the right information
Had appointment for 12:30 and didn't get seen until 1:30pm
Receptionist was extremely rude to both patient and also to patient’s mother on the phone . Nurse taking vitals also was not friendly.
Waited 35 min for appt but after that it was freindly & fast.
I waited 3 hours to be seen for a drug screen. Completely unacceptable
Surgery was set for 9:30 what is not taken in for surgery till around 1:30 , could come up with a better payment plan not everyone has thousands of dollars to hand out right away they took nearly three-quarters of what I had in the bank just to be able to do the procedure which doesn't help when you're out of work because of it my wife is also in the hospital after having a major stroke so I was really strapped for money but had to give them everything I had wish they could have worked with me a little better
