The doctor explained the timeframe for testing and did not waste my time. I tested on day 5 when I was home and tested negative

Was told lab results would take 2-4 days. It’s now been a week and have heard nothing. I’ve called a couple times, was told my results were in but that the provider hadn’t added to my chart. Super frustrating and little help when I call!
Quick friendly efficient. Great hours - needed weekend help and they were there.

Friendly staff up front. Doctor was nice and talked to me.
The physician’s assistant was in exam room for 2 minutes when he stated he will be referring me to an ENT then stood by the door on his way out so I asked about my bleeding ear and he seemed annoyed that I was keeping him from leaving because he remained by the door. So I said is it ok to ask about what he saw through the scope. He literally flipped the papers in his hands, sat down and said “ask” in a manner that was so shocking I started shaking and I said “is this happening “. Wow.
