Had to wait for an hour for a drug test.
The doctor that saw me was 5 stars, The reception staff was (minus) -5 stars horrible business ethics & talked over me & didn’t listen whatsoever!
We had called about our situation and needs. We were told they could help. They could not. Should have said that when we called. Total waste of valuable time when your talking ER. More concerned getting money than helping.
The service provided on the day of wasn’t bad, they were attentive and friendly. My right knee was giving me some issues for a while, I had some sharp pains so decided to get it checked out. They took X-rays and it’s been a week today, still haven’t heard back from them. The nurse said she would call us back the same day, nothing, we called back the next day and after being on hold for 40+ mins, they told us, the Radiologist still had not reviewed it, so they will call us back later that day. In order to Expedia the my timing at the clinic I made a reservation online, however even with the reservation I waited for over an hour to be seen. A patient came in requesting a covid test because of current clinical signs during this time period and they were not asked to wait in an alternative area than everyone else, therefore potentially exposing some of the young children who were waiting as well. I guess I am the only one who isn't positive on TGH Fast Track. I made an appointment to have a Covid test (Gandy office) I showed up on time filled out 4 pages of paperwork and was told to wait in my car. 45 minutes after my appointment time with still no call I walked in and cancelled. Ironic this is called Fast Track. Note this comment is not about Tampa General Hospital.
The team was pleasant , friendly, and very professional in helping me.
Very fast visit, in and out. Thank you.
