Everyone that was involved in my care were wonderful. Dr Gomez and his staff, outstanding!! My first time at TGH, experience was great, but hope to never have to visit again!!!!!! Thank you to your staff for the wonderful job they do and for caring for their patients. You can tell they all truly love what they do.
They took 2 hrs to call me to take small sample from me.My Appointment time was 8:45 AM and they called me around 11AM to inside to take a sample.
I had to wait almost 3 hours , the whole staff did not seem very professional or knowledgeable.
Your facility does not use best practice? I had a COVID and flu test with a regular q-tip. I thought they are suppose to go in a tube with fluid. Was the test really done. Once nasal swab was completed it was placed on the wrapper over the garbage hole. I never saw the nurse or ARNP wash their hands. Came in the room with gloves on and never removed them. Delighted with the respect and care I received. PA was great.
I had to make an appointment in order to get a Covid test due to symptoms I was having after traveling out of state. I was on time and had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time! Why bother making an appointment?
Everyone went above and beyond. Dr Gomez rocks as well as his staff.
So much for urgent care. I was in this urgent cares parking lot literally bleeding out, my friend had drive me there as it was the absolute closest place I could go to find someone who could at least stop the bleeding. My friend went in as I laid in the back seat holding pressure on the area as I was afraid to move and lose more blood. The Doctor misdiagnosed me on Sunday and I was hospitalized on Wednesday partly due to this misdiagnosis. She was rude to my spouse for doing what was right. Had she properly diagnosed me and given me antibiotics I would not have been hospitalized.
