The staff that came out to the car to administer the Covid Test couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly. I had been told the nose swab really hurt, but not so with these people. A+ for nose swabbing!!

I thought it was ridiculous that temper general only allowed for places to administer Covid tests. We are far enough into Covid that you can practically get a test on every block. Everyone I met, asked me why I drove 50 minutes to get a Covid test and then drive 50 minutes back. It was a waste of time and gas money. That said, they did help me at my exact appointment time.

First off I waited an hour only to be told that they did not do Covid Antibody testing on site but gave me a prescription to go to a lab. I had called the day before and was told they did The antibody testing. And when I arrived I also informed the clerk what I was there for. In light of The pandemic, I would think they would have some type of texting system where you wouldn't have to sit in the waiting room all that time, especially when many are coming in to test for covid. The center is in a good and convenient location, I have been going here for about 3 years, and always the same thing, front desk people here are rude, not courteous at all, an opinion that my wife and even my 19yr old son share. NEED TO IMPROVE PEOPLE'S ATTITUD IN THE FRONT DESK, THEY HAVE BEEN ALWAYS RUDE, LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE UNHAPPY TO WORK THERE

After being told twice by the Seminole location they would call me with my x-ray results, I had to go back to clinic to get results the NEXT day. When I asked the receptionist, Parker, why nobody called me he said "we just didn't call you yet." No apology. The office only had one patient so it wasn't because they were busy. He then printed out results and gave it to me. I walked away without saying anything. Parker then yelled "You're welcome"! Wait time for a simple pre-employment drug test was ridiculous. People that came in after me were seen before I was ever called back. They kept my drivers license until the test was complete (not comfortable with this at all due to obvious security concerns and identify theft like it is). Facility was clean and desk staff was pleasant. Technician had zero personality and acted like I was trying to circumvent the drug test. Wait almost 2 hours and then don’t even see a doctor. I get a physician’s assistant who tells me they are out of flu test so they will test me for Covid. Explained I had covid the year before and felt like I had the flu with an awful cough. She was adamant it was covid. Tested me for covid and it came back negative so she sent me home. Two days later I’m at my doctor to find out I have the flu and a severe case of bronchitis. I waited 15 minutes after seeing the pa to get my paper. But i never got any paper work. That is the first time that happened

I went in for a COVID and Flu test. I tested positive for the flu. They made me wait in the parking lot for no reason. They said 20 minutes and it ended up being 50 minutes. Then they say they will call in my meds for the flu to a Walgreens and it’s been 8 days and Walgreens has not contacted me about my meds. Just super disorganized and unprofessional. Not caring about the treatment of patients. Never again
