Everyone that I was around at Urgent care were great. However later that night, I got a call from TGH and they hung up before I could answer. I tried to call back and was placed on HOLD for 1.5 hour before I finally hung up. The next morning, I call the URGENT Care center and left two messages and still have not heard back.
I just want to share my thoughts,for 10 years I have had a wound,finally had a chance to have it closed through surgery,when they took me for the surgery it wasn't all I wanted,the wound wasn't closed yet,they would admit me to the hospital and close the wound in 5 days I got so frustrated and upset I lashed out I just left the hospital ama not realizing until I was gone I totally fucked up now I still have a wound and at home instead of being looking forward to the surgery now j just don't know what will happen
The wait time on the phone was over 90 minutes and no one answered so we went in. Another person at the location said she was on hold for over 2 hours. Don’t have a call in line if you have no staff to answer it.
I came there 1.30 pm for my son having fever they told me wait only for 30 minutes, I was waiting 2 o’clock, 3 o’clock and finely I asked them taking too long keep saying 4 patient ahead me , my baby was crying and tired, finally they showed my baby around 4 pm , If I have to wait that too long they suppose to tell me it wil take another 3 or 4 hours, If they do that I can go home and take care the baby and come back , I have another children to take care , I’m so upset that day

Excellent care and service from the receptionist to the medical assistant to Dr Collins.
I scheduled an appointment for my 18 month old daughter for 12:30. We were not walk ins. The reason for the appointment was to “skip the wait time”. Making a sick 18 month old wait for an hour and a half to just have vitals done is sad. I had to leave our room to inquire when we would be seen. After a total of 2 hours we don’t have a diagnosis but did receive 3 medications for her. The care from the PA was the only ok experience we had. Other than that I wouldn’t bring my daughter back to this office.
We waited 1.5 hrs for us to be taken to the room, another 30 mins for the tests to be done and then the usual 20 mins wait for the results. You could work on the reception to actually getting anything done. It is like been at TGH ER!!
The service provided day of my appointment in August for COVID-19 testing was fine. There are an hour long wait despite my appointment, but that was expected and understandable. The process of clearing up billing discrepancies since that visit has been unfortunately tedious. I only received clarity on the issue from my insurance provider.
