Doesn’t listen to patient’s symptom description. Pigeonholing patient by saying “you must have viral eye infection because you have viral throat infection”even though the patient tells the symptoms of having pus coming out of eye, which indicates bacterial eye infection.
I fell and had significant pain in my right foot. The receptionist was great and pleasant. We had to wait a bit before I went back but I expected that. After the nurse went over the reason for the visit she left and I sat in the room for a long time. I did go for an X-ray and waited a long time again before the doctor came back to let me know it was a sprain and not broken. I was in the center for a little over 2 1/2 hours. Set appointment online and came to the location. Once there I was greeted and asked a few questions. Had to fill out paperwork and then was brought back to see a PA. Very little time spent with PA. Thought finger was broken but he said it was most likely a ruptured tendon. No X-ray, put on a finger splint and was done. Now I am waiting for referral to the orthopedic surgeon to take a closer look to determine next steps.
Went in early on their request cause they closed early on thanksgiving, at 2, my time was for 1 and they forced me to come in earlier then that, so I had to drop what I was doing and go, cause they sounded bothered by me on the phone telling them they are closest, also I haven’t gotten the result for my test which I need to pre employement
Website would not allow me to do you fast track as it has in the past so I just called no one ever answered got dressed and drove there before anybody answered 55 minutes I was on the phone on holder before anybody came to the phone to answer at all.
I've had allergies for 40 years. I wasn't sick but I knew what was coming. They worked with me to make sure I didn't suffer to any greater extent. I would refer anyone to urgent care.
Very unprofessional. Will never be back. Poor service. I received a call after I left and asked to call back and sat on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes until I hung up. Had to have my son drive me to the clinic the next day to see what I was called for. Very poor instructions provided on how to care for my issue after leaving. After the visit I heard from other medical professionals at other facilities that this is the common complaint there here. Made an appointment and arrived on time, yet waited an hour and a half to be seen. Multiple people who walked in after me were seen before me. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care.
I waited almost 1.5 hours just for a tb test. Once I got back there they did the tb test and the one administering didn't know the return instructions. Aftwr questioning her she clarified it with someone else. I would not go there again.
