I when in without an appt. They give me a lot time. I has able to get some others done then went back and they called right back. Told why I shouldn’t do the rapid test. So I took the one which took longer but feel safe when I said I didn’t get Covid. They told me to go get the antibodies in Tampa. Which I did.
We sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to be seen. When I walked up to the desk to inquire the receptionist said we were not in the queue because we didn’t turn our paperwork back in. We did forget to hand the clipboard back but it would’ve been nice for her to have noticed.
Doctor and practitioners were not really knowledgeable. Lack of experience.
Walked in filled out paperwork. Waited 5 minutes Got the test waited for the results we were out in less than an hour with negative results.
Calling on your phone system is worthless. Walk in easy and was seem. All persons professional and friendly. Dr. was not able to treat she referred me to ER. I was admitted to hospital for 3 days.
My first visit was pleasant, the doctor was quick and thorough and was good at listening to my concerns. Check in and out was quick and smooth. My second visit when my symptoms did not improve was less than adequate. I initially called the office to speak with the physician on what to do next. I went to the Urgent care location on Gandy Blvd. on 12/09/21. I went to get ear wax flushed out of my left ear. A very routine procedure. They told me my ear was clear after procedure. I was charged $135.00 because my health Ins. was not accepted. One hour after I left that facility I went DEAF in my left ear. Which is still the case 6 days later. I brought my Mom in because she was in severe pain and felt like her arms and legs were on pins and needles. We checked in, spoke to the nurse in the triage who, instead of listening to my Mom's answers to her questions, was being sarcastic and kept saying "Don't ask me, I don't know" then proceeded on telling us, for some unknown reason, that her computer had to reboot and that she needed to wait before proceeding with further questions.
