The Doctor was rude. The technician was not gentle at all. I have had Covid-19 test and never had pain like I did. The doctor seemed disappointed that my test was negative.
I had a visit with them back in August of 2021. They sent my lab specimen to an out of network lab and now have been delaying taking care of the payment or even returning my phone calls. I have been trying to deal with this issue for over 4 months now and they keep telling me its under review. How long does it take to review, see you made a mistake and take care of it. On hold now for over 30 mins to set an appt. The Healow app is not letting us set appts there. The website is also not letting us set appts. The website encourages us to set appts in either of these 2 ways, but the ability is disabled...........great job guys
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! I tried to call to confirm and see if there were any earlier appointments, was on hold for over an hour and a half, and finally after 2 of such calls on the day of the appointment, I gave up. I waited for hours. There was a gentleman who came in who was clearly in need of immediate care, he nearly fell in the clinic and no did anything to assist him or his wife. His wife stated that he had diarrhea, and he went in to use the bathroom. I'm sure no one cleaned after he went in and others had no idea what was going on. So bad customer service. Waiting period to talk to s team member is more than hours..
Great service. I urgently needed a PCR test result for travel and the staff made a great effort in assisting me. I am grateful to the young lady training the new customer rep , the lady who swabbed me and the doctor. Thank you all.

Had an ear infection that came on out of nowhere, pain level was a 10, like a dagger sticking in my head. Place was empty, Had 2 different nurses, nurse 1 takes me to room, chat about problem real quick, leaves, then 2nd nurse comes in with tools to flush out ears, told me both ears were incredibly clogged with wax, flushed out, but only got a little bit of wax out, Informed me that i should get a product called debrox (ear drops) and use them for a few days, then come back and they could get all the other wax out.
