Never ever answer the phone! The hold recording says “helping other clients” but when I walk in no one is on the phone! I was told my covid results would be called to be in 6-8 hours snd it’s been 30 hours with no update!!! And they made everyone wait in their car but when I went to check in on our ETA to be seen, they let others wait inside.
I had an appointment for 10:15AM and arrived on time. I completed the 6 absurdly redundant forms I was handed and told to wait in my car. I was not called until nearly 12PM, despite checking with the staff after an hour (I had to walk inside as no one was able to answer a phone). According to staff, no medical emergencies came in during my wait. How are you two hours behind schedule just two hours into the day? First visit was extremely long . I didn’t not make an appointment (urgent care ) . Waited over two hours while other people walked in who didn’t have an appointment, got seen before me . Then it was super weird . One lady did three tests, one for the flu and strep, then the third she also said was for the flu but tested with a nose swab .. didn’t make sense to me . I woke up with a sore on my leg which is now infected and no one can tell me how it got there. When they called to check on me and I told them I ended up in the emergency. The response was wonderful and thank you for letting us take care of you. Line didn't even listen to me.
The care was good, but the wait time was horrendous. Made an appointment online (very easy process) but once I arrived (15 minutes early), I had to wait over 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time to be seen. Recommend you give the clinic the ability to remove appointment times from the site when they are already backlogged. Or hire more staff.
Dr was professional. Was there 2.5 hours total to be diagnosed for bronchitis. (I was extremely sick, bad cough, runny nose, terrible headache). Went to Walgreens to pick up prescription immediately after walking out of Fast Track at 5:30 pm, I hurried since the pharmacy closed at 6:00 pm. My script was never received! It had been called into CVS instead!!! which also closed at 6:00 pm. The person at Fast Track offered to call it in to another location farther away but I was too sick to drive there. Latoya didn’t address all of my concerns on the day of my visit.
Good except I asked for a chest x-ray and it was not recommended and I'm still feeling bad and received no Covid test, this is day 7 with fever.
Easy to make an appointment online but be aware it does not mean you will get seen any time soon. Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and did not get seen until 2 and a 1/2 hours after the appointment time. If the location is backed up, remove the slots from the website. Will choose other urgent care provider in the future.
