Great service, urgently needed PCR to travel and the staff really did an excellent job in helping me. I am grateful for the person training the front desk staff, the lady who took me swab and the doctor checked my lungs.
Had an ear infection that came on out of nowhere, pain level was a 10, like a dagger sticking in my head. Place was empty, Had 2 different nurses, nurse 1 takes me to room, chat about problem real quick, leaves, then 2nd nurse comes in with tools to flush out ears, told me both ears were incredibly clogged with wax, flushed out, but only got a little bit of wax out, Informed me that i should get a product called debrox (ear drops) and use them for a few days, then come back and they could get all the other wax out. 4 hr wait. No empathy.
Front desk Very short and unprofessional Doctor seemed rushed and I felt like another number Lacked empathy
The doctor was so arrogant he refused to test me for anything including covid even after I asked for the pcr test. He just listened to my chest and prescribed me antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler and then had the nerve to diagnose me with pneumonia on paper and slyly hand it to an office attendant to hand to me. Not saying one word about it to me.
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone there all freaking day today. What are these people doing all day to not answer a phone? Sit on eternal hold all day is frustrating when all I need is something so simple.
4hr wait and they force me to provide a debit card to keep on file in order for me to use my private insurance . I’m pretty sure that is ilegal. I will be contacting United healthcare to notify them. TGH will not accept private insurance unless you provide a debit or credit card to keep on file.
I waited 4 hours to be seen by a provider for 8 minutes. Unacceptable wait time. Practitioner was very apologetic but very knowledgeable and very personable!
I went in because i was having fevers and burning sensation for 3 days. They took a urine sample and within 5 minutes i was told it was negative for infection. 2 days later i had to run to a ER due to worsening symptoms and blood in my urine. I was told i did in fact had an infection, and a bad one. I was prescribed antibiotics and meds for the pain when urinating. Also making and appointment with my Dr. to make sure day in care didn't affect anything else. Will never go back to a place that cant handle a simple urine test.
